Caspian Brooklyn Basin

For this prominent mixed-use development in Oakland’s Brooklyn Basin, a series of outdoor amenities deliver over an acre of usable open space. The design features a multi-level system of interconnected spaces, including vibrant ground-level plazas, three distinct podium courtyards, and two view-oriented roof decks. The diverse amenity package was carefully programmed to offer residents a variety of social and private experiences, with outdoor kitchens, spas, fire features, and a range of gathering spaces that set a new standard for waterfront living.
